I don't know what it is about Hares that makes them so appealing on many levels. Sometimes I think there's a mysterious link with our ancestors who we know through their art also felt connected in some magical way. Whatever it may be I love to watch them and on rare occasion might see one at rest, basking in the late afternoon sun but remaining alert.
